• 24/7, 365 days a year cover for you and your family

• An intensive care level response. Our intensive care paramedics are the highest trained in the world, having completed both undergraduate and post-graduate university degrees in addition to many years of on-road training working for state-based ambulance services.

• A timely response to your medical emergency. Our intensive care paramedics will be responding from the Flinders-Shoreham area, aiming to arrive at your doorstep within 10 minutes.

• Intensive care level assessment and management. We carry state-of-the-art equipment and can initiate lifesaving treatment, some of which includes:

  o   Mechanical CPR (a machine that will keep your heart pumping if it stops).

  o   Intubation (being placed into an induced coma).

  o   Mechanical ventilation (a machine to keep you breathing).

  o   Administration of life saving medications in case of a heart attack or other significant medical event.

  o   Pain relief to keep you comfortable.

• Although we primarily aim to provide life-saving treatment prior to the arrival of an ambulance, we also have the ability to provide professional advice and referral to other services in line with your medical problem and personal preferences.
